
Crystal Dragonfly Pilates Class Description
Pilates is a method developed by Joseph Pilates to help strengthen and condition your muscles from head to toe with a concentration on the core (abdominal/back muscles) part of your body. This mind/body fitness program focuses on improving posture, balance and over all daily function. The fluid full range of motion exercises performed in Pilates will enhance your flexibility along with streamlining your figure.
